- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a security supervisory or leadership role, preferably in a retail, hospitality, or commercial environment
- Valid Ontario Security Guard License (mandatory)
- First Aid and CPR Certification (Level C) required
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Strong decision-making and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficient in report writing and use of security technologies (CCTV, access control, incident management software)
- Availability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Legally Eligible to Work in Canada Full Time
- Management Of Aggressive Behavior
- Use Of Force Trained
- 2 Years experience in a security role
- G Drivers License
- Police Foundation Training Could be an asset
